All about Summer
As we are officially in Summer now, I thought I would talk a little bit about sun protection this month. I am going to particularly focus on the lovely Germaine de Capuccini Timexpert Sun range.
The range has anti-ageing qualities that combat sun induced wrinkles and dark spots. It delivers broad spectrum protection against UVA, UVB, HEVL and IR.
It also includes 100% concentrated ginger root extract which is commonly found in cosmetics. It is used to treat irritated or sensitive skin, as well as being good for slowing down skin ageing, calming redness, and increasing the skin's ability to repair itself.
This range is also kind to the environment. Most of the ingredients are biodegradable and free from silicones. The formulas are also water resistant, reducing the chance of them transferring from your skin into the ocean.
